Washing stations with closed system CIP (Cleaning in Place) became an obligatory equipment element for foodstuff processing companies which complies with requirements of HACCP system. Responding to the expectations of our clients in 2004 there were installed washing stations – mechanical and fully automated, operating with Siemens or GE Fanuc controllers.

 

Main features of our washing stations:

There are manufactured versions designed for:

standard washing (with acid solution, caustic soda solution)

for one-phase washing (means designed for one phase which shorten washing time and reduce power consumption)

disinfection:

chemical using acid

thermal

using active oxygen

containers for washing liquid and water (clean and used, returned) produced from acid-resistant steel — as a separate system or a solid container;

number of objects washed simultaneously (number of gears): 1 or more

productivity of feeding pump: from 20,000 litres/hour (it depends on diameter of washed pipeline)

flow exchanger – pipe or plate

depending on the version of washing station designed to control operation of valves and to dispense washing liquid in manual and automatic regime;

 

temperature and concentration of washing liquid is regulated automatically;

control of return pumps and valves in objects.

 

The washing station has a container for waste water, thus water after final rinse may be used repeatedly for initial rinsing of other objects; it reduces water consumption and discharge of waste water quite considerably.

In addition, we offer the possibility to visualize and archive set washing parameters and to identify the user, seeking to grant rights of access to separate functions.

We offer an additional choice, as well – to produce chemical disinfection equipment which consists of an insulated container of 200 litres, a dispensing pump, a system of level sensors, valves controlled pneumatically. Chemical disinfection is fully automatic.

In our washing station there are adapted automatic assembly units produced by well known companies: Siemens, GE Fanuc, Bürkert, Moeller, Endress + Hauser, Ecolab, Alfa Laval, Schneider, Legrand, Czaki, Festo, Jumo, TURCK, Secespol, Spirax-Sarco, FAM Warszawa, Spomasz Zamość.

 

Other modules of semi-automatic CIP stations are designed for washing of drinking water warming – cooling devices. Washing is executed using 5% citric acid solution under temperature of 40 ºC, with following rinsing using ozoned water and sterile air used for blowing-off. 12 devices may be washed simultaneously.

The module of CIP station consists of following parts:

- an insulated container of 150 l for acid solution

- a circulation pump

- a heating system (electric heater and heat exchanger)

- a system for filling of washing liquid and its discharge  

  (pipelines and fittings)

- a device washing system (washing heads, washing solution hoses, fittings).

Seeking for convenience of transportation and mounting, the module of CIP station is manufactured from two parts. In one part there is a pump and a heating control system, a circulation pump, a container, a heating system, main water and air line connection taps. Another part consists of a frame with trays for devices and a system for feeding and return of washing liquid.

Washing of equipment is performed using citric acid solution of 5% under temperature of +40ºC, in a closed cycle with the help of a circulation pump. Solution warming is performed in a heat exchanger during circulation. Heat carrier is water warmed up with an electric heater in closed circulation system. Washing solution supply pressure is regulated with the help of a circulation pump's frequency exchanger.

 

Semi-automatic rinse station CIP.

It is designed for rinse of dispensing units. It is controlled from a panel. Citric acid dispensing process is not automated. Maintenance of concentration performing an analysis. Temperature support is automated. Heating with an electric shield. Intake of ozoned water from the main line.

Semi-automated washing station CIP is designed for sanitary cleaning and washing of pasteurizer's heat exchanger and pipelines. This CIP washing station guarantees high effectiveness of pasteurizer's and pipeline's washing. In such way required level of microbiological cleanness in production process is achieved.
